Gray Talon Enemy Chaser from Metal Slug

About this mod

This changes Grey Talon's ultimate activation sound effect into Metal Slug's enemy chaser. It also changes the owl flying sound into "Into the Sky" (First theme of MS3 final mission: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1ck2BkfsIM), and the explosion sound, to fit.
