Halo Shield Recharge Victor Ult
Halo Shield Sound over Victor Ult. The sound is overlayed with Victor's regular ult sounds, and the shield charge sound lines up with the Victor ult health recharge. I made this for myself and chose to post so don't expect any updates. I've tested and it should work with Victor skins assuming they don't change sound files, but I haven't tested interactions with mods that replace sounds. Follow the readme.txt it should have everything you need.
