Decreases Mina's character crosshair size
This mod makes Mina's character-specific crosshair a bit smaller, as I've found that the default size is a bit unreasonable, and makes it hard to aim. This is done while keeping the character's crosshair style, as I've found using the resizable, generic ones a needless sacrifice.
