A vanilla-friendly Victor mod for blue-enjoyers
Recolour for Victor, his gun, bullet tracers, abilities, and top bar icons. Retexture files and particle/vfx files are separate and can be downloaded individually. PLANNED (sometime later idk): New hero select pose and tagline text + colours
