Seed-based randomiser for abilities

These modifications make the abilities of all Deadlock heroes completely random. Each VPK file contains completely random abilities for each hero. To play this mod with friends, you need to. 1. Download and install (I won't explain how to do this, there are plenty of installation guides here). 2. Enter "map dl_midtown" in the console.
