HUD Fix for Ultrawide 21:9 Content Creators

About this mod
When recording or streaming in 16:9 res while playing on an ultrawide (21:9) monitor, some HUD elements get slightly cut off for the viewers. This mod aims to fix this (very niche) problem by moving certain HUD elements more inwards, thus making your recording/stream look cleaner. Currently this supports 21:9 res, but in theory it should work with 32:9 res displays as well. Apologies if some things appear weird or are broken, this mod was only meant for use by myself and a few friends. With that in mind, updates may not be frequent, if at all.
