Remove (cumulative) damage numbers

About this mod

Removes cumulative damage numbers and sets opacity of floating damage numbers to 50% OR removes all damage numbers. Conflicts with other mods that change the hud_event_indicator file. So if it's not working download source2viewer and see if there are conflicts.
