Fixes scaling of timers in the Top Bar Plus mod for ultrawide monitors

Simple changes to the styling of the Rejuv and Buff timers to accommodate ultra-wide monitors (21:9 & 32:9). Install this alongside Top Bar Plus and make sure that this mod has a higher priority. E.g. if Top Bar Plus is installed as pak02_dir.vpk then install this as pak01_dir.vpk
