Better HUD fixes for 4:3/5:4 resolutions

This is an improved HUD fix for 4:3/5:4 resolutions. - Added visual improvements when trying to Edit/Create a Build in the Item Shop. - Moved the Healthbar slightly to the right, mainly for compatibility with other mods such as the "Keyboard Layout" mod. - Fixed post-game screen not showing all the players.
