New Characters Color Fix

mmmm colours...

Fixes newer characters from recent updates having no colors reflecting how much time you have played them. This includes: 4 New Heroes UpdateCalico Sinclair Vyper 6 New Heroes UpdateBilly Doorman Drifter Mina Paige Victor These heroes have entries for colors but remain unused for the time being. I am unsure why this is the case other than an oversight.
